Job summary

Greater Therapy Centers, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Mansfield, TX. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
