Physical Therapist / PT - Part-time

• Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week
• Setting: Nursing Home, Skilled Nursing Facility
• Location: Heartwood Care Center - Crosby, MN
• Pay: State range $39 to $53 per hour
