Job summary

Orthopedic Physical Therapy, a Doctor of Physical Therapy company, has a part-time opportunity at our Corpus Christi location in a well-established network of private practices across 11 states.

Earn an hourly rate of up to $45/hour (depending on experience), plus a Clinical Incentive Bonus Program. We also offer company-paid benefits, including medical, life, and disability insurance, with opportunities for mentorship and continued learning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services.
• Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to create a safe, warm clinic atmosphere.
• Utilize EMR for accurate documentation and scheduling.
• Contribute to patient care quality and satisfaction.

Work Environment:

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
