Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Salinas, CA. The role offers daily day shifts, 36–40 hours per week, and competitive weekly pay of $2,600.

Join a busy outpatient clinic and work with a diverse orthopedic patient population. New graduates are welcome; BLS certification is required or obtainable after offer.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and orthopedic skills a plus.
• New graduates with outpatient clinical rotations welcome.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon offer).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, and sports-related conditions.
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per clinic and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
