Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist to provide autonomous and accountable care to a complex patient population. You will deliver age-appropriate care based on patient needs in a structured homecare setting.

Required Arkansas license and a BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy, with less than one year of experience accepted. CPR certification is required or can be obtained after hire. Work hours follow Mon-Thu 7:30–5:30 and Fri 7:30–11:30, totaling 80 hours bi-weekly.
