Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Adult Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role focuses on general musculoskeletal care for an adult caseload at the Silverleaf outpatient clinic.

The position requires 1+ year of outpatient rehab experience, licensure in Florida, and BLS. Responsibilities include evaluating and directing therapy, supervising staff, and contributing to department operations and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of physical therapy experience in general outpatient rehab.
• Experience with post-operative orthopedic care and orthopedics.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and FL licensed PT.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease.
• Oversee support staff.
• Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.
• Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
• Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.

Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Physical Therapist to our Adult Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL.

This is a full-time opportunity with the team at our Baptist Silverleaf outpatient rehab clinic. We are looking to hire an experienced Physical Therapist our team.

This full-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general musculoskeletal care.
