The Elliot Health System's Rehabilitation Services outpatient department in Milford, NH seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative services. You will evaluate, plan and implement treatment programs for patients according to PT principles in outpatient settings, collaborating with other clinicians and documenting progress.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, NH PT licensure, and CPR certification.
40 Hours a week on days with 2 nights until 7PM required. Schedule is flexible otherwise on start/end times.

The role of the physical therapist within Elliot Health System is focused on the delivery of rehabilitative services. The physical therapist evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of the specific discipline and setting (acute care or outpatient).
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program with corresponding Entry Level Degree required. Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the state of New Hampshire Physical Therapy Governing Board required. CPR certification required or able to complete within first 90 days.
Previous experience in clinical setting preferred, but not required. Recent graduates eligible.
