MarinHealth is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient rehabilitation services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Unlike many outpatient clinics that require therapists to manage high patient volumes or overlapping schedules, our therapists are scheduled for 45-minute treatment sessions and typically see only 9 patients per day, allowing time to deliver individualized care, build meaningful patient relationships, and achieve better clinical outcomes.

Our outpatient rehabilitation program is primarily orthopedic-focused, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions. We also welcome therapists with interests or expertise in neurologic rehabilitation, pelvic health, lymphedema, sports medicine, balance and vestibular disorders, and other specialty areas, supporting a diverse and comprehensive rehabilitation practice.

As Marin County’s healthcare needs continue to grow, MarinHealth remains committed to expanding access to rehabilitation services. Over the past two years, we have added nine Physical Therapists to our outpatient team and are continuing that growth with additional positions.
