Park Nicollet is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. The role focuses on direct patient care across adolescence to geriatrics, with pediatric care for some specialties, using diverse PT techniques to restore function and relieve pain.

Position Summary:

This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

per diem. 3 qualifying hard to fill shifts per month minimum (weekends, late evenings)

• at least 1 shift per month must be on a weekend
• each qualifying shift must be a minimum of 4 hours

Required Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
• Recommend membership in related professional organization.
• Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
• Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
• Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
