Select Physical Therapy in New Milford, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with PRN and part-time options, and a compensation range of $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience.

A sign-on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment are offered to new hires. You will work with a diverse patient population, including post-op cases, and have access to mentorship, CEU programs, and career growth opportunities within a 7500 sq ft

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Located directly below an orthopedic physician office, the New Milford Select Physical Therapy center sees a very diverse patient population of musculoskeletal type injuries. This center also see a high volume of post-operative patients secondary to the relationship with many orthopedic physicians in the area. This center is over 7500 sq feet which includes a squash ball court, basketball hoop, full array of cybex equipment, and open gym environment to perform all functional training. This team consists of 3 full time therapist, 1 PTA, and 1 CHT. This center is focused on evidence based treatment to provide the best possible outcomes for all patients we have the privilege to treat.
