Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic team in Connecticut. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, and a pathway to professional growth within a large, established provider network.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized plans to restore function, and collaborating with physicians and rehab staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred with strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation teams to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experiences.
