Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Richmond, VA to join a non-profit hospital system that prioritizes patient care over productivity. The role offers 1-on-1 therapy with 8–10 patients per day, a standard 8am–5pm schedule, and a supportive environment with a 90-day mentorship and ongoing CEU/certification support.

Candidates should hold a PT degree from an accredited program and may be new grads or experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
