Spry Geriatric Therapy Group is hiring a Physical Therapist in Ottawa, IL due to growth. A full-time position with 40 hours per week is available and preferred. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 20 hours of availability across a minimum of 2 weekdays will also be considered.
Home visits are available for interested clinicians, comprising up to approximately 10% of the caseload.
The ideal candidate should be personable and passionate about geriatrics.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
The Physical Therapist hired will work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic with a primary focus on geriatric patients. The caseload is approximately 50% orthopedic conditions and 50% neurology and weakness cases, treating patients across a range of general conditions.
The ability to develop a specialty or attain a geriatrics certification is encouraged and supported.
Full-time Physical Therapists should expect to treat 8 to 9 patients per day. All sessions are one-on-one and one hour in length.
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $91,200 per year and increase depending on experience and qualifications.

The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekends and major holidays are not required. Some flexibility is preferred, with the option to stay until 6 p.m. two or three days per week if needed.
