Join Tx:Team and our partner, Proactive MD, at the beautiful new Health and Wellness Center in Granite City, IL. Help us grow this clinic! This is a full-time Physical Therapist position providing outpatient services to a private network of OE520 employees and families.

The details:

• Your caseload includes employees, dependents, and retirees in an outpatient setting.
• You will be the lead Physical Therapist, collaborating with other healthcare providers.
• Build relationships with patients and the medical team, becoming a trusted resource for Physical Therapy needs.
• Handle a diverse patient caseload including ortho, neuro, vestibular, post-op orthopedic, back and neck, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Work in a clinic with state-of-the-art equipment, providing 1:1 patient treatment in a highly personalized, patient-centered environment.

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Current Illinois state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum two years of outpatient experience.
• Minimum two years of orthopedic and manual therapy experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Confidence, initiative, and experience in building employer relationships and caseloads.
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication.
• Focus on patient care and customer service excellence.

• Document using therapist-friendly web-based software (EMR).
• Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome tools.
• Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services.
• Conduct patient and family education.
