The details:
- Your caseload includes employees, dependents, and retirees in an outpatient setting.
- You will be the lead Physical Therapist, collaborating with other healthcare providers.
- Build relationships with patients and the medical team, becoming a trusted resource for Physical Therapy needs.
- Handle a diverse patient caseload including ortho, neuro, vestibular, post-op orthopedic, back and neck, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Work in a clinic with state-of-the-art equipment, providing 1:1 patient treatment in a highly personalized, patient-centered environment.

The requirements:
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited school.
- Current Illinois state licensure in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum two years of outpatient experience.
- Minimum two years of orthopedic and manual therapy experience.
- Proficiency with EMR systems.
- Confidence, initiative, and experience in building employer relationships and caseloads.
- Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication.
- Focus on patient care and customer service excellence.
The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers within the clinic.
- Document using therapist-friendly web-based software (EMR).
- Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome tools.
- Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services.
- Conduct patient and family education.
- Display flexibility, time management, and communication skills.
