Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in California.
• Must meet clinical competency requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and manage a full-time caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize clinical quality and service excellence.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic techniques and exercise programs that facilitate pain relief and functional recovery.
• Document clinical services, ensure accurate billing, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand rehabilitation services and contribute to program growth.
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community to support long-term wellness goals.
