Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a 1:1 setting in Elizabeth City, NC. The role emphasizes thorough documentation, patient education, and a focus on outcomes rather than volume.

The PT will advocate for patients and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to exemplary care. You will handle a stable schedule with 40 hours per week, enjoy a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, and benefit from company perks

Qualifications

• Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• 8-10 Patients per day average - 1:1 Patient care - No double booking

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. In this role you will serve as the patient advocate and expert. PTs here do not manage PTAs or have to worry about passing treatments off. You will be able to focus on each patient, seeing 1 patient per hour with time built in daily for documentation! The team is passionate about patient outcomes and they have a culture of putting their patients first in every situation.
