Job summary

STRIVE Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our clinical team. You will deliver evidence-based care and mentor more junior clinicians in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through history and exam.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ *inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
