Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday to Friday in on-site outpatient or resident rooms.
• Maintain flexible PRN schedule with no evenings or weekends.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered therapy.

Qualifications:
