Job summary

Schuster Physical Therapy in Sparta, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient private practice. You will treat a blended caseload including post-operative rehab, sport-specific therapy, and joint/spine management, with opportunities in specialty programs and mentorship.

We value one-on-one patient time, a strong mentoring culture, and ongoing professional development supported by our team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN coverage are available in a supportive community setting

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending North Carolina physical therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Treat a blended caseload including non-surgical and post-operative rehabilitation, sport-specific therapy, and joint/spine management.
• Support specialty programs for neurological deficits, balance/vestibular dysfunction, concussions, pelvic health dysfunction, and more.
• Provide one-on-one time with patients and participate in a mentoring and professional development culture.

• We also have specialty programs to serve patients with neurological deficits, balance/vestibular dysfunction, concussions, pelvic health dysfunction and more.
• We have therapists who specialize in Postural Restoration, Parkinson's Wellness Recovery, and Functional Movement Systems, just to name a few. License & Experience

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure: Active or pending North Carolina physical therapist license.
