Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Snellville, GA is seeking a licensed or eligible physical therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will design evidence-based plans and manage documentation in the EMR, handling a full caseload daily.

The role offers a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship opportunities, ABTPRFE-accredited residency-style programs, and comprehensive in-house CE resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
