Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated, licensed Physical Therapist to join our full-time team in New York. You’ll help patients achieve goals through personalized plans in a multispecialty clinic with advanced facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY or eligible.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Experience instructing family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients per physician care plan and agency policy.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a well-trained support staff using state-of-the-art space and equipment to deliver care.
• Mentor and train staff and other caregivers as part of the mentorship program.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
