Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group, located in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, generous PTO, and comprehensive health benefits, including a company-matching 401(k). The working schedule includes Monday to Friday with evenings twice a week until 7 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required training, corporate and clinical services, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed.

• Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus, plus $350 per month towards student loans.
• Employment: Full-time, Direct Hire.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7 pm.
• Compensation: $78,000–$99,000 per year, based on experience.
• Location: Swedesboro, NJ (approximately 18–22 miles from Philadelphia).
