Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Matthews is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to serve athletes and active adults, delivering evidence-based care in an orthopedic/sports setting. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, design personalized plans, and educate patients to optimize outcomes.

The role includes onboarding, mentorship, and residency-style development opportunities, plus in-house CE access and robust professional support. This position is on-site with growth-oriented pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
