Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Lenexa, KS is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to elevate careers while making a meaningful impact on patients and communities.

You'll gain exposure to a diverse caseload spanning orthopedics and sports medicine, with onboarding, mentorship, and in-house residency-style programs to support specialization and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduates of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $77,000–$90,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available!
