Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists in New Jersey to expand access to quality care across orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic rehab services. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, design evidence-based plans, and document workflows in an EMR, within an interdisciplinary team.

We offer onboarding, mentorship, in-house CE, a six-week program, and growth paths toward leadership, with competitive base salary and bonuses up to 10k sign-on in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $109,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
