Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY or eligible to practice
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan
• Provide care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan and professional standards
• Experience instructing family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, CPR

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and developan appropriate treatmentplan.

Additional Information

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $45-65. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
