• Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Positions available throughout Eastern Kentucky

Baptist Health Physical Therapy is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) which is a comprehensive network that includes over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Kentucky and Indiana.
