Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to travel on an interim basis from West Palm, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton. The role offers onboarding, mentorship, and residency-style development to expand access to quality care at a growing national practice.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design evidence-based plans, and manage documentation in an EMR system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary :$83,000 - $119,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
