Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Cartersville, GA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outcomes-driven team and help expand access to high-quality care.

You will perform evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and manage patient care using the EMR system while benefiting from a six-week onboarding, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including multiple medical plans, PTO, and a sign-on bonus in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 /year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations!
