Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care and advance their careers within a growth-focused, mentorship-enabled environment.

You will work across orthopedic, sports, pelvic, and neurologic rehab areas, supported by onboarding, residency-style programs, and in-house CE resources. Competitive salary with incentives and sign-on options are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
