Job summary

Mercy Therapy Services, Southfork, is seeking a Physical Therapist (FT) to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. This role includes direct supervision of patients and supervision of rehabilitation technicians, under Therapy Leadership.

Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MSPT/Bachelor+) and current license; BLS certification is required. On-site position with attractive benefits and a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy, required.
• Six months to one year experience preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist; experience with adult/geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervision to rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as per state practice acts.
• Work under general supervision of Therapy Leadership and align with Mercy Service Standards.
