Job description

Milestone Therapy has an immediate opening for a full-time and/or part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant.

About Us

Milestone Therapy provides pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Our therapists deliver services in the child's home, daycare, preschool, school, sensory gym, or via telehealth. We prioritize supporting our therapists with the resources they need and recognizing their contributions. Therapists can manage their own schedules and select from a variety of referrals to fill their caseloads.

Requirements for Pediatric Physical Therapists:

1. Experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy, ideally at least 1 year
2. Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of NC
3. Clean background check

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer some of the highest hourly rates (based on experience) and $0.50 per mile between clients. Full-time employees are eligible for nearly 3.5 weeks of PTO and paid holidays annually.
