Our Client is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant for a local contract opportunity in Montesano, Washington. Bring thoughtful clinical judgment to rehabilitation that connects practical recovery, participation and everyday independence. Work with the rehabilitation and care team to help each person make progress toward meaningful goals.

Your contribution

One opening may be filled by either a qualified PT or PTA. Pay and responsibilities depend on the licensed discipline.

Physical Therapist

Evaluate movement and functional needs, develop individualized goals and treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance and mobility interventions within scope, reassess progress and adapt care. Teach patients and caregivers practical safety techniques. Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Implement the physical therapist’s established treatment plan within assistant scope. Provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance and mobility activities under appropriate physical therapist supervision. Observe each person’s response, document interventions and progress, and communicate changes to the supervising therapist. Help patients and caregivers practice safe techniques that support everyday function.

Support coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and caregivers, follow professional standards and safety practices, and complete documentation promptly. Clinical work, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 40-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• The source lists Monday through Friday; the final weekly work pattern will be confirmed before offer.
• Source start date is November 16, 2026; the actual start will be confirmed before offer.
• Current source end date is February 13, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
