AccessHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will work under a Physical Therapist’s supervision to implement treatment plans and help patients progress toward mobility and independence.

You will assist with evaluations, provide therapeutic exercises, document progress, and educate patients and families within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality care for older adults.
