Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinic Director who can become an Equity Partner and help shape a growing clinic. You will influence location, culture, team development, and patient experience while supporting the clinic with marketing, HR, recruitment, and compliance.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, outpatient ortho preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Position Summary: Job Description: Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This is more than a Clinic Director role - it's an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You'll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.

Compensation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
