Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey seeks a Clinic Director to build a clinic from the ground up and become an Equity Partner. You will guide clinical operations, influence location and culture, and support teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

This role offers mentorship, a strong network with Ivy Rehab, and resources in Marketing, HR, and compliance to enable growth. A licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience is ideal to drive community impact.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in NJ.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.

Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This is more than a Clinic Director role — it’s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.

Compensation Range

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Additional Compensation

This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/RelocationAssistance

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.


• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.


• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.


• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.


• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.


• A passion for mentoring and developing others.


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
