Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director who will also become an Equity Partner for a North Carolina clinic. The role blends leadership with ownership, shaping location strategy, culture, and patient experience while partnering with a national network that supports Marketing, HR, IT, and compliance.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will drive clinical excellence, mentor staff, and grow the clinic with community partnerships, delivering exceptional care across PT, OT, speech, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible PT license in the state of practice is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Mentoring and developing others is valued.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relations, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Compensation Range

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Additional Compensation

Qualifications
