Job summary

Therapydia Milwaukie seeks an entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to lead its new Milwaukie clinic from day one. You will shape the patient experience, build the team, and become the go-to PT for sports and pelvic health in the community, without taking on the risk of solo practice.

You’ll hire and mentor staff, manage daily operations, and establish referral relationships with physicians and community partners while using performance data to guide budgeting and goals.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program and Oregon PT license (or eligibility).
• 3–4+ years of outpatient experience.
• Entrepreneurial, relationship-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with evidence-guided, individualized care, with a focus on sports, orthopedics, and pelvic health.
• Hire, lead, and mentor your team, and run daily operations and scheduling.

Therapydia is opening a new clinic in Milwaukie, and we're looking for a physical therapist to lead it from day one. You’ll shape the patient experience, build the team, and become the go‑to PT for sports and pelvic health in the community, without taking on the risk of opening a practice alone.
