Job summary

Ivy Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinic Director and Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing outpatient clinic. You’ll mentor clinicians, build relationships, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on exceptional patient care.

You will help shape clinic location and strategy, partner with a national network, and drive quality outcomes while supporting staff development and patient experience.

Qualifications

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Current PT license in PA or eligible.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
