Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director and Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Virginia.

You’ll shape the clinic from the ground up, influence location, culture, team development, and patient experience, while partnering with Ivy Rehab for support in marketing, HR, legal, IT, and more.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic as Clinic Director and Equity Partner, shaping location, culture, and patient experience.
• Collaborate with Ivy Rehab support teams in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and more to grow the clinic.

Position Summary

Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This is more than a Clinic Director role - it’s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.

Compensation Range

$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
