Job summary

TheraDynamics offers outpatient physical therapy with a therapist-owned model focused on one-on-one patient care. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports, and neurological rehab, with access to advanced equipment and a collaborative team.

Qualified candidates have a DPT or PT Master’s, a NY license, and a strong interest in orthopedic and neurological rehab. New graduates are encouraged to apply and can expect a supportive mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible New York State PT license required.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across an outpatient caseload.
• Post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation and sports injuries.
• Chronic pain management and neurological rehab.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and peers to share best practices.
