Glencoe Regional Health (GRH) is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for an On-Call role in Glencoe, MN. The position covers inpatient and outpatient services and emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care in a community hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have an APTA‑approved physical therapy degree, Minnesota license (or license pending), and current Basic Life Support (BLS). Excellent verbal and written communication and sound clinical judgment are required to be successful.

The staff Physical Therapist is a professional who administers physical therapy care within the scope of the Physical Therapy Practice Act.The Registered Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment, planning and the implementation of this care in accordance with Glencoe Regional Health policies and procedures using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands‑on therapy, and equipment to ease patient’s pain and help increase mobility. Duties consist of both inpatient and outpatient services.
Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.
