Job summary

Apple Rehab Guilford seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury or illness, with a goal to maximize movement and function. The PT develops individualized treatment plans and collaborates with physicians to integrate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current PT license, in good standing with the State licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers physical therapy treatment to restore function and mobility.
• Reviews physician referrals and patient records to determine treatment.
• Assesses patient progress and adjusts plans accordingly.
• Delivers manual therapies and therapeutic exercises.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation and HIPAA compliance.
