What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care
- Treat sports injuries, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Work with patients from pediatric through geriatric
- Establish functional goals and monitor progress
- Educate patients throughout their recovery
- Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
Mentorship & Career Growth
New graduates will receive structured onboarding, clinical mentorship, and guidance from experienced therapists. You'll have support with clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and developing confidence as a clinician.

What We’re Looking For
