Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands seeks a Physical Therapist to provide exceptional outpatient orthopedic care in the Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes mobility restoration, pain management, and personalized therapy plans within a collaborative team.

You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and educate patients on home programs while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient documentation skills for EMR and records.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate.

About The Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in helping to drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision.
• Adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals.

Skills & Qualifications
