Job summary

Med Career Solutions in Atlantis, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist. New grads accepted; licensed in Florida required. Full-time days with rotating weekends.

The PT will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized plans. Responsibilities include patient assessments, goal-focused therapy, and leading or directing most of the therapy throughout the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Physical Therapist required or eligible within 30 days of start date.
• BLS CPR certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• New grads accepted; Florida license required.
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy in coordination with physicians and the care team.
• Perform patient assessments and contribute to developing individualized care plans focused on goals and patient engagement.
• Deliver or direct the majority of the patient’s physical therapy across the continuum of care.

Position: Physical Therapist – New Grads Accepted!

Location: Atlantis, FL

Shifts/Schedule: Full-time Days (Rotating Weekends)

What You’ll Do:

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

Qualifications Required:

• Will Accept New Grads but must be licensed within the state of Florida.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of FL REQUIRED
• Master’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate range: Min $36.53/hr. – Max $53.20/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Cast by case
