Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Oceanside, CA is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to deliver truly patient-centered, home-based neurological rehabilitation in Oceanside and surrounding communities. PRN positions available, with interdisciplinary teams developing integrated treatment plans conducted in patients' homes and communities.

Therapists are encouraged to apply their creativity, address functional goals, and work closely with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure as well as experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Oceanside, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
