Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehab with a neuro focus at a not-for-profit hospital system. New grads with an IP rehab rotation are welcome, along with experienced IP PTs. Expect a neuro-heavy caseload including stroke, TBI, SCI, and amputee rehab.

Sign-on bonus of $8,000, relocation assistance, and interview travel coverage are offered. PSLF available; 22 days PTO; private rooms and top of the line rehab tech.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• Active or pending state PT license.
• New grads with an IPR rotation welcome.
• Acute care PTs with an inpatient rotation also considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehab with heavy neuro focus including stroke, TBI, SCI.
• Manage a caseload of 6-7 patients per day with up to 90 min sessions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and staff.

Position Highlights

• Heavy neuro focus: stroke, TBI, SCI, amputee rehab, multi-trauma caseload
• $8,000 Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance, flight/hotel/car covered for interview

• Reasonable load: 6-7 patients a day, 90 min sessions max, sustainable productivity expectations
