Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Pasadena, CA, is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients' homes and communities. • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure required.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available.
