Upstream Rehabilitation, the nation’s largest outpatient rehab provider, seeks a Physical Therapist for its National Traveler program (Journey by Upstream). This full-time role offers a nationwide travel schedule with a competitive salary, housing stipend, and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications
